La Maison Royale - Rome

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with many monuments within walking distance and easy access to Termini and Rome's city center. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a fridge, add to the convenience of the stay. The breakfast served at the rooftop restaurant, Les Etoilles, offers fantastic views over Vatican City and is a delightful way to start the day, despite the disappointing orange juice.

The location of the hotel was convenient for sightseeing on foot and there were plenty of local restaurants nearby. the staff at the hotel next door, where we had breakfast, were friendly and helpful. The view from the restaurant on the 6th floor was spectacular. However, it would have been better if the rooms had tea and coffee making facilities and if the air conditioning had worked properly.

The hotel cancelled our reservation last minute without any explanation. We were moved to another hotel that was far from our intended location and the quality was extremely poor.

The room, equipped with a fridge, was clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the airport and train station, as well as being close to many monuments. The breakfast, served at the nearby hotel, is a pleasant surprise with its breathtaking views over Vatican City.

The TV channels in the rooms are limited and not available in other languages, which may be disappointing for non-Italian speaking guests.

Great value for money, spacious room, friendly front desk, amazing location close to Vatican and Piazza Navona. the terrace at the hotel next door offers stunning views.

Jacuzzi not working, mold on the shower wall, noisy street, no telephone in room, and breakfast was mediocre. Mini-bar was not available.
